Why I built OBP
Throughout my career I worked on enterprise systems where important business decisions depended on communication. One challenge appeared repeatedly: organizations could record meetings — but months or even years later, proving those records were authentic, complete and untampered became extremely difficult. During compliance reviews. During audits. During board decisions. During legal proceedings. During regulatory investigations.
That problem deserved a better answer. I founded OBP with one mission:
Every important business communication deserves evidence that people can trust, verify and defend.
Everything we build begins with that mission.
The principles behind OBP
Technology changes rapidly. Principles should not. Every engineering decision inside OBP is guided by a small set of enduring principles.
Truth before convenience
Technology should make truth easier to establish — not harder.
Evidence before opinion
Important decisions deserve verifiable evidence rather than assumptions.
Procedure before shortcuts
Reliable systems come from disciplined engineering and repeatable process. Trust is engineered, not assumed.
Engineering before marketing
We communicate only what has been designed, implemented, tested and deployed. Execution before promotion.
Long-term trust before short-term growth
Our objective is not excitement. It is confidence that lasts.
"Trust is engineered — not assumed."
The experiences that shaped these principles
These values were shaped over many years through remarkable teachers and mentors — their influence shows not only in my thinking, but in how OBP is designed and built.
Truth & simplicity
A profound early influence was meeting Mother Teresa. I invited her to my hometown, believing her message of truth, simplicity and service could inspire change from within; she graciously agreed in principle. Circumstances meant the visit never took place — but what stayed with me was the realization that lasting change begins with truth, integrity and simplicity. Technology should preserve truth, not complicate it.
Thinking beyond limits
Professor M. M. R. Akhtar taught me that seemingly impossible problems become solvable through disciplined reasoning and scientific thinking — curiosity over limitation. That mindset shapes how we solve complex problems inside OBP.
Process creates trust
Professor Rajeev Sangal showed that great outcomes come from disciplined processes, intellectual honesty and continuous learning — sustainable excellence is rarely accidental. Court-grade evidence is only possible when every process is designed to preserve integrity.
Engineering excellence
From engineering leaders including Dr. Jai Ganesh I learned that world-class products are not created by isolated brilliance, but through thousands of disciplined engineering decisions made consistently over time. That philosophy shapes our engineering culture.
Purpose-driven innovation
Inspired by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam: engineering should solve meaningful problems, complex engineering should create simple experiences, and technology should advance society through disciplined innovation. That purpose sits behind why OBP exists at all.
Every important influence shaped one enduring principle. Together, these principles became the foundation of OBP — guiding not only how we build software, but how we make decisions, work with customers, and define long-term success.

Can we trust the record?
Every organization experiences moments that define its future — board decisions, customer commitments, compliance reviews, investigations, legal proceedings. Years later, those moments often depend on one simple question: can we trust the record?
OBP exists to ensure the answer is always built on trustworthy, verifiable evidence. That is the mission I have committed my career to.
